Obverse Liberty head facing to left (head of Argentina, symbol of the Republic), value. “1 over 1” over date. Absolutely looks BU but hint of handling holds at about uncirculated. Pretty coin with natural gray/red over luster. Minimal marks a plus. (View image for more detail.)
