Blue, brown and Multi-color

Obverse man to left, scene behind. Rev. man plowing ground with cattle in farm scene. Somewhat faded, yet eve color. Dated 10-12-1940, this bank note has wonderful, unique character and terrific detail. Really hard to find Algeria note. (View image for more detail.)

Yellow, red, brown and blue / Blue, tan and lilac

Head of woman to right / Woman standing veiled in center holding basket of fruit, behind harbor scene. Well-circulated note with light edge tears top and bottom, moderate soilng and folds and creases normal to grade. Nevertheless, the note is complete, has nice color and detail for grade, and will make an interesting addition to any world currency collection at a budget price. (Scanned image depicts well.)
